Sales Coordinator

Location: Hemel Hempstead | Full Time | Permanent

I'm currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a leading global automation company that delivers innovative engineering and automation solutions to customers worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys supporting both commercial and project-based activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process while also providing valuable coordination support to project teams.

The Role

Working closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, customers, and suppliers, you'll be responsible for coordinating sales activities from enquiry through to order fulfilment, as well as assisting with the administration and delivery of customer projects. This position would suit someone with previous experience in sales support, internal sales, project coordination, or administration within an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
