Sales Coordinator UK

As Sales Coordinator UK, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial activities across the UK market, working closely with the Head of Sales UK to strengthen client relationships, coordinate strategic sales initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of our luxury hotel portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive, and service-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and travel.

Location: United Kingdom (London preferred) - Remotely

Reporting to: Head of Sales UK

Department: Sales & Marketing

Contract: Full Time

Missions:

  • Support the Head of Sales UK in the coordination and execution of sales activities across the UK market.
  • Manage client communications, sales materials, presentations, proposals, contracts, and CRM updates.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia, tour operators, corporate accounts, and key industry partners.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns, client events, educational programmes, familiarisation trips, and partner engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, market intelligence, and account tracking tools to support business development efforts.
  • Organise Oetker Hotels' participation in trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and networking events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Act as a key liaison between the UK sales office and hotels across the Oetker Hotels portfolio, ensuring efficient communication and outstanding client service.
  • Support budget monitoring, expense management, and administrative processes related to sales operations.
