The hotel features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces hosting a wide range of corporate events and social occasions. Dining experiences include seasonal British dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen and cocktails at the stylish Churchill Bar & Terrace.

Overview
As Sales Coordinator - Diplomatic & Corporate, you will support the hotel's Corporate & Diplomatic Sales team, helping to drive business across key market segments including corporate accounts, embassies, high commissions and international organisations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual looking to develop a career in hotel sales while gaining exposure to account management, business development and commercial operations within a globally recognised hotel brand.
Duties and responsibilities related to the Sales Coordinator - Diplomatic & Corporate role
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the Corporate & Diplomatic Sales office.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations and other sales documentation to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate client, account and booking information across Hyatt systems.
- Manage diaries, meeting schedules and follow-up activities for the sales team.
- Produce reports, market research and sales analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Assist with corporate account administration, including rate loading and account maintenance.
- Coordinate the hotel's participation in client events, sales missions, networking opportunities and showcases.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure booking details and client requirements are communicated effectively.
- Support new business development activities by tracking opportunities and assisting with prospecting initiatives.
- Deliver professional, timely and efficient service in all interactions, ensuring Hyatt brand standards are maintained.

About You
You are highly organised, detail- oriented and enjoy building positive relationships with clients and colleagues. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities and take pride in delivering high levels of accuracy and professionalism. Previous experience in hospitality, sales coordination, administration, reservations or guest services would be advantageous.
You will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
Most importantly, you are proactive, collaborative and eager to develop your career within a dynamic commercial environment.
