📣 WE’RE HIRING! | Sales & Events Coordinator

Due to ongoing growth at Oxford Event Hire, we’re looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team in Headington, Oxford.

If you’re someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, has a natural flair for sales and loves being part of a busy team, this could be the role for you!

🎪 About the role

You’ll be an important part of our sales team, dealing with customers from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking. You’ll help clients choose the right equipment for their events, prepare quotes, manage bookings and work closely with our warehouse and operations teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll be working across a fantastic variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals and large-scale events.

  • A great communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with a natural interest in sales
  • Proactive and happy to use their own initiative
  • Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and tasks
  • Confident with computers and learning new systems
  • A positive team player who is happy to get stuck in

Previous experience in sales, events, hospitality or customer service would be an advantage, but attitude and personality are just as important to us.

💷 Salary: £26,400–£29,100 per annum, depending on experience

⏰ Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm

📍 Headington, Oxford
