Sales Coordinator
Location: Bolton - Full-time
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our busy commercial sales team at Hardscape.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their technical and commercial skills within the construction industry.
You’ll support our Sales team by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer enquiries and preparing quotations.
- Interpreting drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times.
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting customers throughout the project journey.
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Design, Operations and Logistics teams.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, team-focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A willingness to learn technical information and develop estimating skills.
Previous experience in sales support, estimating, construction or a technical environment would be advantageous.
