Location: Gloucester Office (office-based)
The Sales Coordinator supports the effective processing and progression of sales and contractual activity across the business. The role supports sales opportunity activity, contract processing and customer set-up, with the balance of duties varying depending on business need and individual capacity.
This is a task-driven role, with work allocated dynamically across the team to ensure efficiency, accuracy and service level compliance.

- Support the identification, processing and progression of sales activity
- Ensure accurate and timely contract processing and customer set-up
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and customer service
- Support efficient team workflows and SLA adherence
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Opportunity Support
- Support the identification and progression of sales opportunities where required, including inbound enquiries and technician-referred leads
- Prepare and issue quotations in line with agreed pricing structures and SLAs
- Follow up opportunities as allocated to support conversion and timely closure

Contract & Sales Processing
- Process completed sales and contracts accurately and efficiently
- Convert approved sales into new customers within SAFE, ensuring all required data is captured correctly
- Process sales logged in PASS and associated systems in line with defined procedures
- Maintain accurate records across SAFE, PandaDocs, Storm and related systems
Task-Based Team Working
- Operate within a task-driven environment with work allocated based on team capacity and operational priority
- Flex between sales support, contract processing and administrative tasks as required
- Support colleagues by taking ownership of shared tasks to maintain workflow continuity and SLA adherence

Customer Service & Quality
- Provide clear and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company standards
- Adhere to GDPR, data protection, pricing policies and internal compliance requirements
Departmental Support
- Undertake additional tasks as required to support the wider Sales and Business Services teams
About You
- Experience in a sales support, contract processing or customer administration environment (Essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Competence using CRM or sales platforms
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Self-motivated and target-driven
