Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Sales Support Office. This role drives the seamless delivery of sales, group, and trade-related services. Key responsibilities include managing central communication inboxes, resolving trade queries, handing groups queries under established guidance, and ensuring strict compliance with internal processes and service standards.
- Support the Sales Support and Trade Support teams by handling sales, trade and group-related queries, completing administrative activities accurately, managing shared communication inboxes and correspondence, and escalating complex or non-standard issues in line with agreed guidelines.
- Coordinate group and sales requests, including quotations, approvals, space requests, waivers and ticketing activity, by liaising with Pricing and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Follow established Sales Support and Trade Support processes, maintain accurate records and documentation (including waivers, contracts, group files and logs), ensure timely system updates, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support contract holders by actioning requests in line with contractual requirements, maintaining contract files, supporting corporate and nett fare activity, and escalating deviations, risks or exceptions as required.
- Support group, conference and incentive travel activities, sales events, FAM trips, prize or agency staff travel requests and other commercial initiatives through effective administration, record keeping and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider Sales team, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, service standards and reporting requirements.

Qualification
- A good standard of general education up to A level standard.
- Minimum of 4 years’ Airline sales support or administrative experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Knowledge of digital workplace tools including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
- Knowledge of reservations, fares/ticketing and Emirates’ products and services
- Experience of marketing, communications and events
- Ability to maintain and interpret sales data/statistics
- Experience in using salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Valid full Driving Licence is desirable.
