Salary: £32,000 + bonus (OTE £36,000) | 28 days’ holiday (incl. bank holidays) | Free parking | 2 lunches per week

Who we’re looking for
You might be early in your career, but you’re:
- Enthusiastic, driven and growth-orientated
- Humble, hungry and smart
- Naturally organised and process-led
- Commercially minded and curious about how accounts grow
- Confident communicating by phone, email and Teams
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support our Business Development Executives (BDEs) and help customers experience an excellent service, typically getting involved in:
- Appointment and meeting preparation
- Quote preparation
- Account management support and customer queries
- Identifying account growth opportunities
- Appointment booking and diary management
- Admin support for BDE meetings (summaries, actions, follow-ups)
- CRM management and keeping records accurate
