About Farol

Farol Ltd is an extremely successful family owned agricultural business based in Milton Common, near Thame, Oxfordshire. Established in 1977 and now employing 300 people, we are the market leaders in agriculture, groundcare and homeowner products, holding the market leading John Deere franchise along with many other brands.

Our Milton Common (Thame) Head Office currently has a vacancy for a full time, permanent Sales Coordinator.

About The Role

As a key member of the Sales Administration team, the role is to work closely with and provide general administrative support to Farol’s Sales Managers, on both the Agriculture and Groundcare side.

The key purpose of your role is to help administrate and support each stage of the sales process and to improve the efficiency of supply, delivery and payment for wholegood machinery. This role requires the processing and coordination of key information and interdepartmental communication with continuous update on the sales process. A key part of this role will be assisting with Asset Finance.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Processing machinery orders for customers and stock
  • Processing Sales Tickets (CRM)
  • Dealing with and supporting the asset finance functions, including quotations and finance agreements (retail finance, instruction, timing, approval, confirmation)
  • Onboarding of customer to our key finance house
  • Chasing Finance Houses for Pay-Outs
  • Allocating Finance and Customer Deposits Payments
  • Updating Deals in process so that everyone is aware of the status of the deal (MS Power BI)
  • Supporting the Finance Manager/Directors
  • Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments
  • Raising Invoice and Credit notes for customer accounts and finance houses
  • Supporting Adhoc requests that come into Sales Admin Inbox
  • Keeping KIPs on track on a daily basis
  • Other ad hoc administration tasks

About You

Previous experience of working in a Sales Coordination or Sales Support role is required and a knowledge of Asset Finance helpful.

  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc with the ability to quickly learn to use new, previously unfamiliar software)
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Attention to details and accuracy

Please note this is an office-based role with hours of work 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Package details

  • Basic salary in the region of £26,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience, 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 25 days (plus Bank Holidays), company pension, cycle to work scheme and employee discount
