Sales Coordinator – North West England

A highly personable Sales Coordinator is sought to join the sales team of a family-run manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, follows a defined process, and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
Your Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers across various communication channels.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
- Manage assigned leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and pipeline progression.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations and supporting information.
- Maintain clean, complete, and current CRM records.
- Provide clear, accurate handovers to the Project Manager for confirmed orders.
- Support targeted outbound sales and marketing activities.
- Handle sales-stage questions or concerns constructively and escalate issues appropriately.

Your Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in an office-based, customer-facing role, ideally within sales, customer service, or sales administration.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and confidence working with quotations and customer data.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with the initiative to progress work independently.
- Resilience and the ability to respond positively to rejection and changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A full driving licence and own vehicle.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with a CRM system and managing a sales pipeline.
- An interest in design-led products, hospitality, education, events, or outdoor spaces.

Benefits
- Salary £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- 28 days holiday including 8 bank holidays, plus the Christmas and New Year shutdown
- Health and wellbeing package following successful completion of the six-month probationary period
