Tele-sales – Warm Leads (No Call Targets)

Castleford | Hybrid after training | Up to £30,000 + quarterly commission

If you’re confident speaking with customers over the phone but would prefer to work in a friendly environment without call-volume targets or constant micromanagement, this could be a great next move.

PTSG is looking for a Customer Sales Coordinator to follow up with existing customers who have already received a quotation from us.

Our engineers will have visited the customer’s site, identified work that needs completing and provided a quote. Your role will be to contact the customer, discuss the recommended work, answer any questions and help convert the quotation into a confirmed order.

This is not cold calling, and there are no call-volume targets. Your success will be measured by the sales you generate, with quarterly commission paid in recognition of your results.

You don’t need technical product knowledge before joining us, as full training will be provided.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll initially be based at our open-plan Castleford head office, with hybrid working available following successful completion of your training period.

Our office is close to the M62 and A1, offers free on-site parking and is within easy reach of Castleford train station.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contacting existing customers by telephone and email to follow up on outstanding quotations
  • Discussing work already recommended following an engineer’s site visit
  • Helping customers understand the quotation, timescales and next steps
  • Answering customer questions and involving technical colleagues when needed
  • Following up opportunities until they are confirmed, closed or passed to the appropriate team
  • Keeping customer records, quotation updates and next actions accurate on our CRM system
  • Contributing directly to sales performance and business growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
