Sales Coordinator

Location: Cowie
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting our French customer base.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales administration, order processing, pricing administration, and coordination with logistics and finance teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and EDI.
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain pricing information, quotations, and customer records.
  • Coordinate deliveries and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Produce sales and customer reports as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Logistics, Transport, and Finance to support business objectives.
  • Provide support and cover for other team members.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Essential: Strong French language skills (spoken and written).
  • It would be advantageous if strong German language skills, although not essential.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
