Position Summary
Provides the office based communication link between Customer & Company handling orders, price and delivery enquiries – promptly and efficiently. Constant liaison with various internal functions and other Gates facilities ensures specific customer requirements are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
CS/Warehouse Tasks
- Shop orders for single boxing - creating and transferring stock
- Packing and confirming
- Mass release (picking)
- Stock split (picking trucks Gent and Poland)
- Print labels for shipments
- Create Packing lists for shipments
- Stock movements general - customer stock checks, pinks, shortages, DQ etc
- Order labels for single boxing
- Order packaging, KLTS etc
- Booking out packaging
- Inward goods booking in - Alan Young end pieces
- Customer complaints – Liaise with Quality dept.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 2-4 years of experience.
- At least Standard Grade level (or equivalent) education plus relevant experience within a customer service environment.
- Must have logical and methodical way of working to facilitate cross-over between correspondents.
- Must be able to always communicate effectively and professionally.
