Sales & Custom Build Specialist

Location: Stoke Newington, London

Company: London Bike Studio

Reports to: Retail Manager

Position: Full-time

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

About London Bike Studio

London Bike Studio is an independent bike shop and workshop in Stoke Newington, North London. What started as a small garage workshop has grown into a busy cycling hub serving commuters, everyday riders, and enthusiasts. We have an excellent reputation for outstanding customer service, a great workshop, and the best dog in town.

This is a Sales role, but with a strong focus on premium bikes, custom builds, and technical customer advice, whilst helping to create a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional experience for everyone who walks into the shop.

This is a front-of-house role focused on customer service, retail sales, and supporting the day-to-day running of the shop floor. You’ll work closely with the Retail Manager and workshop team to ensure customers receive great service from the moment they arrive.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves bikes.

Whether it’s helping a commuter choose the right lock, specifying components for a custom project, or getting excited about the latest products, you’ll be someone who enjoys talking bikes all day and helping customers make informed decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
