Sales & Customer Enablement Consultant – Business Messaging & AI

Contract | Remote | UK / Europe | ASAP Start

The opportunity

We’re looking for two experienced Enablement Consultants to support a high-profile programme within the Meta / WhatsApp for Business ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of sales and customer enablement, technology, content development and emerging AI.

You’ll work with product, technical, sales, customer success and partner stakeholders to understand complex propositions and turn them into clear, practical enablement that helps people sell, adopt and successfully use new technology.

This could suit someone from Sales/GTM Enablement, Customer or Product Education, Technical Enablement, Instructional Design, Customer Success or Technical Account Management. We’re more interested in your ability to understand technology and create excellent enablement than a particular job title.

What you'll be doing

  • Create high-quality enablement including playbooks, onboarding journeys, pitch decks, learning content, best-practice guides, toolkits, quick-reference materials and customer use cases.
  • Translate complex product and technical information into clear content for sales, customer success, partner and technical audiences.
  • Work with stakeholders and SMEs to understand requirements, challenge ambiguity and identify the right enablement solution.
  • Develop structured onboarding and ongoing evergreen enablement as products, propositions and priorities evolve.
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling commercial narratives and real-world customer applications.
  • Map customer journeys and explore how messaging, automation and AI can improve customer experiences.
  • Support product launches, GTM initiatives and customer adoption programmes.
  • Take content from initial discovery and scoping through development, review, iteration and final sign-off.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, technical specialists and client stakeholders.
  • Support virtual and live enablement sessions or workshops where required.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have experience within a technology, SaaS, communications or digital environment, combined with a strong background in one or more of:

  • Sales or GTM Enablement
  • Customer Success Enablement
  • Customer / Product Education
  • Product or Technical Enablement
  • Instructional / Learning Design
  • Enablement Content Development

Most importantly, you'll be hands-on. We need people who can personally create excellent content rather than solely managing enablement strategy or programmes.

You'll also need:

  • Strong writing, storytelling and content-development skills.
  • The ability to quickly understand complex technical products.
  • Experience creating content for sales, customer, partner or technical audiences.
  • Confidence working directly with clients, SMEs and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience turning loosely defined requirements into structured, practical outputs.
  • Strong project management and the ability to manage multiple review and feedback cycles.
  • A collaborative approach and comfort operating within a fast-moving technology environment.

Highly advantageous

We'd be particularly interested in candidates with experience of:

  • WhatsApp for Business / WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Meta's Business Messaging ecosystem
  • Business Messaging or conversational commerce
  • CPaaS or communications platforms
  • Conversational AI or agentic AI
  • Customer messaging journeys
  • APIs, integrations or technical SaaS products
  • Enterprise sales, customer success or partner enablement

Direct WhatsApp experience is highly advantageous but not essential. If you've worked with complex SaaS or emerging technology and can demonstrate an ability to get under the skin of a new proposition quickly, we'd still like to hear from you.

Practical details

  • Contract: Initial contract opportunity
  • Location: Remote – UK/EU-friendly time zones
  • Travel: Occasional global travel may be required
  • Start: ASAP
  • Working pattern: Predominantly Monday–Thursday, with occasional Friday availability where required
  • Equipment: You'll need your own professional remote-working setup, including laptop, second screen, camera and reliable high-speed internet.

Interested?

If your experience combines technology, enablement and hands-on content creation – particularly if you've worked around WhatsApp, Business Messaging, SaaS or AI – please apply with an up-to-date CV outlining the enablement content you've personally created.
