About the Role

We’re looking for a bubbly, energetic, and confident Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a varied role where being confident on the phone and genuinely enjoying connecting with people is key. You’ll spend time speaking with existing customers, building rapport, following up opportunities, and reaching out to new prospects — alongside providing essential sales and customer support and day-to-day administration to support the team in running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service to existing UK and international customers
  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing UK and international customers
  • Confidently picking up the phone, connecting with customers, and following up opportunities
  • Researching and reaching out to new business prospects
  • Supporting the sales team with orders, quotations, samples, and customer enquiries
  • Preparing sales packs and coordinating sample dispatches
  • Managing sales administration and keeping customer/ERP records up to date
  • Supporting digital sales platforms and general team administration
  • Helping the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bubbly, personable, and confident, with a natural ability to build rapport and an engaging, friendly phone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid grades throughout education
  • Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proactive and able to take ownership, while being a supportive team player
  • Confident using Microsoft Office & Outlook and ability to learn new systems, including our ERP
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with enthusiasm to learn and develop
  • Experience of Brevo is advantageous.
