The role

Sales Customer Advisor (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1LA (Free on-site parking)

Salary: £29,025 - £30,553 per annum

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Working Pattern: Hybrid

About The Role

At SO Resi, we're passionate about helping people achieve their home ownership ambitions through Shared Ownership. We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Customer Advisor to join our busy and friendly team in Beeston on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll support customers throughout their home-buying journey, handling a variety of sales and marketing enquiries across multiple channels, while providing expert guidance and information on our developments and products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, webchat and social media channels.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Taking ownership of enquiries and progressing them through to resolution.
  • Providing information and guidance on Shared Ownership and SO Resi developments.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
  • Accurately maintaining customer records and ensuring attention to detail throughout.
  • Managing multiple enquiries and priorities while maintaining high service standards.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a customer service or sales support environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong telephone and customer engagement skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience or knowledge of the property sector, particularly Shared Ownership, is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
