Sales Advisor (Entry Level Position) - Immediate starts available in Central Nottingham!
Please note: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK & have full-time equivalent availability

Our Nottingham-based client is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Advisors. This is a long-term opportunity where individuals can gain practical experience through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across event and retail activities on behalf of recognised brands and non-profit clients.
What Is Needed To Be A Successful Sales Advisor:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face.
- A proactive and adaptable approach.
- Full-time equivalent availability, with a minimum of 4–5 full working days per week.
- Ability to commute to the Nottingham office each working day.
What This Opportunity Involves
- Representing clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns.
- Engaging with customers in retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings.
- Promoting products and services whilst delivering a positive customer experience.
- Attending client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions.
- Maintaining a professional approach when representing clients.

Previous experience is not required, although backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales and other customer-facing roles may provide transferable skills.
This is a face-to-face opportunity operating across event and retail campaigns within the Nottingham area. Successful individuals operate on a subcontracted basis. Earnings within this opportunity consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.
Roles are based in Nottingham Centre, so candidates must be able to commute to this location each working day.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week.
