Sales & Customer Service Advisor
Boston, Lincolnshire
£27-29,000 + Annual Bonus
If you're the sort of person who enjoys speaking with customers, spotting opportunities and building relationships, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
We're working with a well-established international business that is investing in the future of its sales function and looking to strengthen its internal sales team with proactive, commercially minded people who want to make an impact.
This is not a traditional customer service role. You'll be working closely with an established customer base across the UK, supporting enquiries, processing orders and delivering excellent service, whilst also identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and promote new products and special offers. The customers already know the business, so this is about building relationships, adding value and helping to drive growth rather than cold calling.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
