Role Description
The Sales & Customer Service Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, samples, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role involves daily communication with clients via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses, clear information, and professional follow-up. The assistant also coordinates with internal departments on delivery schedules, product availability, and service issues, helping to resolve queries efficiently. A focus on building positive customer relationships, identifying opportunities for additional sales, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction is central to the role.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience to manage client interactions professionally and effectively.
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction through timely responses and problem resolution.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and clear written communication for handling calls, emails, and customer documentation.
- Organizational skills for order processing, record keeping, and coordination with internal teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, office-based environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, order entry systems).
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, ideally within manufacturing or packaging, is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, show initiative, and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
