What you’ll be doing:

In this entry-level sales role, you’ll be connecting with potential customers face-to-face in field sales campaigns across residential areas in Dartford. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, providing customer service, and presenting your client’s services in an engaging way. By building rapport, answering questions, and ultimately driving sales, you can maximise your commission-based earnings structure.

Requirements:

  • Ability to commute to Slade Green office daily is essential.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Full-time equivalent availability (4/5 full days a week between Mon-Sat)
  • Confidently engage with people using excellent English and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and succeed.
  • Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.

No previous sales experience is required – they’re looking for individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn!

However, successful candidates in the past have come from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail, customer service, support worker, graduate, care, hospitality, call centre, and other backgrounds such as warehouse, driver, labourer, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and more.
