Entry Level Sales Associate Role - Central London (No Experience Required)

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity where you can gain practical experience? Interested in upskilling your communication, sales and customer service/engagement skills?
Our client, an established sales and marketing company based in Central London, is looking for motivated individuals to join their growing events division. Representing recognised non-profit organisations, they deliver face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across high-footfall events, retail pop-ups and promotional locations.
No previous sales experience is required. Instead, our client is looking for individuals with strong English communication skills, a professional attitude and genuine motivation to learn, gain experience and continuously upskill themselves.
Client training, practical experience and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop transferable skills and commit to something long term.
What They're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence engaging and building rapport with customers face-to-face.
- A motivated, reliable and proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
- A desire to gain practical experience and continuously develop your skills.
- Confidence working within busy, customer-facing environments.
- Full-Time Equivalent availability of 5 full days per week.

Immediate starts available for successful individuals
This is a face-to-face opportunity operating across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings within Central London. No previous experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, warehouse, care, sales and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week (Mon-Sat).
