Based in Dartford, our client is currently recruiting for bubbly and ambitious Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Associates, with full-time equivalent availability, due to portfolio expansions and high client demand.
This is an immediate start opportunity for motivated individuals. Supporting a range of sales, customer service and promotional campaigns on behalf of clients, this opportunity offers varied day-to-day responsibilities within a customer-facing environment.
The key attributes they are looking for are:
- Must be eighteen or over to apply for this position.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- MUST be able to commute to Slade Green office on a daily basis.
- Proactive and professional manner.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with an interest in developing new skills within a sales environment.
- Candidates with full-time equivalent availability (4/5 days Mon–Fri, optional Saturday also possible)

No previous sales or customer service experience is required, as coaching support is available from the start. Applicants from hospitality, retail, customer service, front of house, administration and other customer-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply due to their transferable skills.

This subcontracted opportunity offers individuals the chance to build new skills and take on additional responsibilities over time. Candidates who are motivated and interested in developing within a customer-facing environment are encouraged to apply. Earnings are derived from uncapped commission and performance incentives.
This role is based in Slade Green, Dartford.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students, due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week (between Mon-Sat)
