About Us

We are an established renewable energy company specialising in heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, and other low-carbon energy solutions for domestic customers.

We are looking for a confident, responsible, and highly organised person to join our team in a combined Sales, Customer Service & Office Administration role.

This is an office-based, customer-facing role and requires someone who is comfortable speaking to customers, following up sales opportunities, and taking responsibility for enquiries from initial contact through to booking and follow-up.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibility will be sales, customer service, and customer follow-up.

  • Respond promptly to enquiries from Facebook, WhatsApp, our website, telephone, and email.
  • Call customers and book heat pump and solar survey appointments.
  • Follow up warm leads, outstanding enquiries, and quotations.
  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound customer/follow-up calls per day.
  • Speak to customers professionally and confidently and explain our products and services clearly.
  • Keep all customer records, notes, tasks, and sales opportunities fully updated in HubSpot CRM.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure leads are followed up properly.
  • Manage survey bookings and assist with installation scheduling.
  • Prepare and send quotations and follow up customers for decisions.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls.
  • Carry out general office administration duties and help keep day-to-day operations organised.
  • Assist with heat-loss calculations and heat-pump designs — training will be provided.
  • Assist with solar PV and battery system designs — training will be provided.
  • Support Facebook and Google lead management.
  • Assist with BUS grant paperwork and collection of customer documents.
  • Attend customer appointments, exhibitions, events, or networking opportunities when required.
  • Work independently and proactively to help generate new business.
  • Submit a short daily performance report by email.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Good spoken and written English is essential.
  • Confident speaking to customers on the telephone.
  • Comfortable following up customers and asking for decisions.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Strong follow-up skills — you should not allow leads or customer enquiries to be forgotten.
  • Comfortable using HubSpot CRM, email, and general office software, or able to learn quickly.
  • Good time-management and administrative skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards sales.
  • Renewable energy experience is helpful but not essential, as product and technical training will be provided.

KPI Expectations

Once trained, you will be expected to:

  • Make at least 50 outbound customer/follow-up calls per day.
  • Respond to new enquiries within 15 minutes during working hours wherever reasonably possible.
  • Follow up all outstanding leads and quotations consistently.
  • Generate consistent survey bookings each week.
  • Work towards a target of at least 1 completed installation sale per month.
  • Keep HubSpot CRM records and the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
