Sales & Customer Service Executive

DCTUK is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our sales team. We're a family-run business, and we're looking for someone who wants to build a proper long-term career with us — with hands-on training, real progression, and a pay structure that grows as you do.

This role blends phone-based sales with strong administrative skills. We believe good selling comes from the basics done well: keeping accurate notes, following our process, giving customers great service, and always following up when you say you will.

The role

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers
  • Manage your own pipeline
  • Ensure every conversation is properly logged and followed up on time
  • Keep clear, accurate records

What's in it for you

  • Starting salary between £28k-£30k depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus that rewards consistency
  • Free lunch every Friday
  • Private medical insurance that improves the longer you stay with us
  • A proper pension scheme (our contribution grows as you progress)
  • One-to-one coaching and training from people who know the business well
  • Genuine opportunities to progress into leadership, marketing, contracts, or showroom management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
