Part-time | Flexible hours

We're looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual to join a growing business. This is a varied, customer-facing role combining sales support, customer service and e-commerce administration, with flexible part-time hours to suit the right candidate.

The role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Prepare quotations and process orders using Sage 200.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide order updates and resolve customer queries.
  • Liaise with the materials team regarding stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Add and update products, pricing and information on the website.
  • Monitor website enquiries and online orders.

About you:

Essential:

  • Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and administration skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, proactive and detail-focused.

Desirable:

  • Sales administration experience.
  • Sage 200 or similar ERP experience.
  • E-commerce website experience.
  • Understanding of scientific or engineering products.
