Part-time | Flexible hours
We're looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual to join a growing business. This is a varied, customer-facing role combining sales support, customer service and e-commerce administration, with flexible part-time hours to suit the right candidate.
The role:
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare quotations and process orders using Sage 200.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide order updates and resolve customer queries.
- Liaise with the materials team regarding stock availability.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Add and update products, pricing and information on the website.
- Monitor website enquiries and online orders.

About you:
Essential:
- Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
- Strong customer service and administration skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, proactive and detail-focused.
Desirable:
- Sales administration experience.
- Sage 200 or similar ERP experience.
- E-commerce website experience.
- Understanding of scientific or engineering products.
