NAC are a Nationwide, domestic appliance repair service working with over 200 engineers nationwide and booking thousands of repairs to consumer whitegoods (washing machines, fridges, cookers etc) every month.
Based at our newly refurbished Wakefield Contact Centre (Calder Park, WF4 3BA), your main responsibilities will include:
- Answer inbound calls from potential customers to sell our service and book repairs to targets set by the employer.
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers wanting updates on on-going repairs.
- Liaising with our Engineer Network (Employed and Self Employed) to ensure that any complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to move repairs on to completion.
- Taking payments from both new and existing customers for repair and spare part charges.
- Follow up on jobs that are booked and placed on hold or any other status that blocks the job going to an Invoiced Status.
- Follow up on jobs that are pending payments, either for callout, labour or parts.

We are looking for new members of the team that are confident on the phone, are willing to learn our industry and enjoy being part of a small team in a modern, relaxed but busy environment. We’re looking for long term colleagues so there also is scope for progression. Our working hours are: Monday – Thursday, 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:00.
