Sales & Customer Success Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + commission
Location: Farnborough, GU14 7JP

Want a role that lets you combine sales with account management, in a sector that makes a genuine difference to some of the most vulnerable people in our communities? If so, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

About us

We're Eunomia Systems Limited, the company behind OneCare Platform, software that helps care providers run safer, better connected services. You can find out more about what we do at onecareplatform.co.uk

We're a small, close-knit team, and this is a genuinely hands-on role where the work you do has a direct, visible impact on the business. We're looking for someone to join us as Sales & Customer Success Manager, and to help us win, and keep, more of the right customers.

About the role

This is a hybrid sales and account management role, and an essential part of our Sales and Support team. You'll be responsible for building, nurturing and managing long-term client relationships, generating new leads, and guiding prospective customers all the way from first demonstration through to a signed contract.

Once a client is on board, you'll stay closely involved, supporting them through the full customer life cycle, from onboarding to renewal (and beyond), handling their queries, and making sure they're getting real value from the platform. You'll also be expected to actively manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities within your accounts.

What you'll do

  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling, social selling and other lead generation activity, alongside following up on inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and arrange and deliver demonstrations of the OneCare platform.
  • Play a lead role in converting new business into long-lasting client relationships, by genuinely understanding each prospect's needs and pain points.
  • Keep up to date with our competitors and the wider care sector, so you can speak knowledgeably about the challenges our customers face.
  • Represent the company at relevant conferences and industry events to promote the OneCare platform and generate new leads.
  • Keep the CRM fully up to date and prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports for the senior management team.
  • Develop and run a structured contact strategy for your accounts, with regular reviews to spot both risks and upsell opportunities early.
  • Own the renewal process end to end, managing it in a timely way to retain and grow each account.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and our internal teams, making sure feedback and requirements are communicated clearly both ways.
  • Manage onboarding for new clients, so they get off to a smooth, confident start.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, pulling in technical colleagues where needed to protect trust.
  • Run performance review meetings with customers, feed insight back to the management team, and contribute to plans that improve the platform and our processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
