About iTrack
iTrack is a growing specialist business providing fleet management, vehicle tracking, and asset tracking solutions to businesses across the UK. We are a small, ambitious company with plans for continued growth, and we're looking for a motivated and capable individual to join us and play an important role in the next stage of that growth.
This is a genuinely varied position. Rather than being restricted to one specific function, you'll have the opportunity to work across customer service, sales, order processing, and marketing, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and taking responsibility.
The Role
We're looking for someone who is organised, personable, commercially aware, and able to work independently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Providing excellent customer service and supporting existing customers
- Processing customer orders and managing them through to completion
- Preparing quotations and following up prospective customers
- Identifying new sales opportunities and supporting business development
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Assisting with marketing activities, including social media and online content
- Keeping customer and order information up to date
- Helping with the day-to-day running of the business
- Taking ownership of tasks and identifying opportunities to improve how we work

About You
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a small business environment and doesn't need to be constantly supervised. You will need to be:
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organised and able to manage your own workload
- Confident speaking to customers and building relationships
- Professional and personable
- Comfortable using computers and everyday business software
- Commercially minded, with an interest in sales
- A good communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive and willing to get stuck in
- Flexible enough to switch between different tasks throughout the day
Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, order processing, or marketing would be beneficial, but attitude and personality are equally important.

iTrack is a small business, which means this isn't a role where you'll be one of dozens of people doing the same job. You will spend a significant amount of time working independently in the office, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable managing their own time, making decisions, and getting things done without needing constant direction.
In return, you'll have genuine responsibility and visibility within the business, with the opportunity to develop your role as the company grows.
Salary & Earning Potential
- £26,000 basic salary
- Performance-related bonuses
- Additional commission/earning potential
- Opportunity for increased responsibility and progression as the business grows
