Clermont Hotel Group Central Support Office

Contract: Full Time

Payment: Salaried

Salary: On application

Clermont Hotel Group offers a rich and diverse portfolio for a range of guest needs, and helps employees forge lasting and successful careers in hospitality. An experienced hospitality company, we offer a warm, guest-centred experience - but we are, at our heart, a people company and strive to connect personally with our guests, partners, investors, and colleagues to create an extraordinary experience for all.

With over 4000 rooms, 100+ event spaces, plus stylish bars and restaurants, our hotels have plenty of space for everyone to meet, sleep, and dine. All kinds of extraordinary, for all kinds of people.

At Clermont Hotel Group, we believe that behind every great guest experience is great data, smart decisions and an extraordinary team making it all happen.

We’re now looking for a Sales Data Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial success - leading the delivery of our corporate RFP process and ensuring the accuracy, integrity and performance of our sales data across the business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys working across teams, and can balance analytical thinking with strong relationships to drive real business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Sales Data Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end RFP process, supporting the contracting of over 2,000 corporate clients and contributing to significant room revenue across the group. You’ll lead the RFP Administration team, working closely with the Sales Analytics & Support Manager to ensure that systems, processes and data are aligned, accurate and continuously improving. Responsibilities include:

RFP Management & Delivery

  • Manage and coordinate the corporate RFP process across all systems and channels
  • Oversee the RFP inbox, responding to queries and managing requests efficiently
  • Support the administration of RFPs using Salesforce (SFDC) and Cvent (Lanyon)
  • Build RFPs, set up rate plans and manage user access within systems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
