Role Description

This is a full-time remote role within the Sales Department at AZebra Group Ltd. The role involves building & growing a portfolio of clients, including contractors, recruitment agencies, and business partners, by presenting AZebra’s payroll and workforce solutions and responding to inquiries. The role also requires close collaboration with customer service and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Participating in online product demonstrations
  • Contributing to sales strategies
  • Providing training and guidance to clients on AZebra’s services and value-added offerings

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess proven Umbrella Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or service-focused environment.
  • Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support sales initiatives, coach team members, and educate clients on solutions.
  • Candidates should possess solid digital literacy, including proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and standard office software.
  • Relevant experience in payroll, recruitment, staffing, or professional services is beneficial, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A track record of working independently in a remote setting, meeting targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
