Glevum Windows Commercial, established in 2005 as a sister company to Glevum Windows, serves the new build housing market across the UK. The company partners with many of the country’s major housebuilders while also supporting regional developers, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in its services. Operating on sites from Cornwall to Norwich, Glevum has installed over 250,000 window and door frames into new homes since its inception. As a process-driven and customer-focused business, Glevum continues to invest in new products and technology to support national new home targets and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
Role Description
The Sales Design Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Gloucester, with some work from home flexibility. The consultant will engage with housebuilders, developers, and clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored window and door design solutions that align with specifications and budgets. - Preparing and presenting proposals
- Conducting site visits
- Advising on design options
- Coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely installation

The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales and design processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead follow-up, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Knowledge or experience in Interior Design, with an eye for practical and aesthetic design solutions.
- Familiarity with Furniture and Furnishings to support cohesive design recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including site visits and office/remote work coordination.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in specifications and documentation.
- Proficiency with standard office software; experience with design or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in construction, housing, or fenestration industries is beneficial.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
