Contract: Full-time, permanent

About Roche Bobois

Roche Bobois is a world-leading name in high-end furniture and interior design. With a presence in more than 55 countries, the brand is renowned for its distinctive French Art de Vivre, exceptional craftsmanship, and collaborations with internationally celebrated designers, architects, and fashion houses.

We are looking for an accomplished Sales & Design Consultant to join our team within Harrods. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and design-conscious professional to represent Roche Bobois in one of the world’s most prestigious luxury retail destinations.

The Role

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will act as a true ambassador for Roche Bobois, delivering an outstanding and highly personalised experience to a discerning international clientele.

You will guide clients through the entire sales and design journey, from the initial consultation and product selection to the development of tailored interior schemes, order completion, and after-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with clients in a professional, warm, and attentive manner.
  • Build a thorough understanding of each client’s lifestyle, requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget.
  • Present Roche Bobois collections, materials, finishes, and customisation options with confidence and expertise.
  • Create bespoke furniture and interior design proposals suited to the client’s space and expectations.
  • Manage the full sales process, including quotations, negotiations, order confirmation, and payment.
  • Proactively follow up enquiries, appointments, quotations, and sales opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with private clients, interior designers, architects, and international customers.
  • Deliver agreed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the department.
  • Maintain accurate client and opportunity records using the company CRM system.
  • Liaise with the administration, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the production, delivery, and installation process.
  • Support the visual presentation of the Roche Bobois concession in line with brand and Harrods standards.
  • Participate in client events, collection launches, private appointments, and other commercial initiatives.
  • Remain informed about new collections, design trends, materials, and the wider luxury interiors market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
