Sales Designer — Bespoke Fitted Furniture | £40,000–£60,000+ OTE
Currently working in B2C direct sales, interior design, fitted furniture, or KBB (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) sales and seeking warm pre-booked appointments? Here is why our design consultants close more orders and build higher-earning weekly schedules.
The Reality of This Role
This is a self-employed, commission-only position offering complete schedule independence and uncapped earning potential, backed by a leading name in luxury fitted furniture with over 35 years of heritage. To ensure you never start from scratch, central marketing (TV, PPC, social, magazines, influencers) delivers 10–15 pre-booked appointments directly to your diary weekly — zero cold calling or lead generation required.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence, reliable car, smartphone, and Windows laptop for CRM and design tools
- Willingness to travel up to a 90-minute radius from your home postcode
- Flexible availability (including some evenings/weekends) to run 10–15 appointment slots per week to meet client availability
- Proven track record in B2C direct sales, interior design, fitted furniture, or KBB sales

What You Will Do
- Attend 10–15 pre-booked in-home design consultations weekly within a 90-minute travel radius
- Deliver engaging interior presentations using cutting-edge immersive design software on your iPad or Windows laptop
- Convert pre-qualified inbound leads into orders through creative design flair and professional product knowledge
- Maintain detailed client interaction records within the central CRM system
