Sales Desk Administrator (Temporary – 3 Months Initially)

Location: Hatfield (Office Based)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Rate of pay: £18.68 - £19.78 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Desk Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial three-month assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigating orders
  • Tracking orders from picking and packing through to shipment and delivery
  • Obtaining and providing proof of delivery documentation
  • Updating and maintaining records within the CRM system
  • Using SAP to manage orders and investigate issues
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience in a Sales Administration/Order Processing role
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (essential)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Assignment Details

  • Temporary assignment for an initial 3 months
  • Office-based in Hatfield

This role would suit someone with strong SAP experience who enjoys investigating order issues, coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring customers receive an excellent service.
