SDR Lead – Goodlord
📍 Location: Flexible (either London E1, Sheffield City Centre or Lincoln City Centre) Work Arrangement: Based in office 3 days per week, working from home/remote 2 days per week (office preferred if desired)
About the Role

Below the guidance of the Head of Sales, this role is all about ultimate autonomy—designing, testing, and implementing data-driven sales processes and playbooks from the ground up.
Key aspects of the role:
- Build Your Own Function: Flexibility to design, test, and operationalise sales processes independently.
- Pioneer Sales Tech & AI: Lead in using and experimenting with forward-thinking AI tools (e.g. Clay and generative AI) to enhance outreach.
- Diverse Sales Strategies: Oversee a hybrid outbound model, blending high-touch Enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with high-volume Mid-Market strategies.
- Fast-Paced Scale-Up Culture: Grow within a dynamic environment—impacting and driving growth in the top-of-funnel pipeline from day one.
Responsibilities
The core goal of this role is mentorship. You will be tasked with building a team from scratch—primarily focusing on nurturing early-career talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
