About Harmoney Consulting

Harmoney Consulting is a specialist consultancy focused on R&D Tax Relief, supporting innovative businesses across the UK. We work with clients working in industries such as technology, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture helping them unlock valuable corporation tax relief to fuel growth. As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our commercial team with ambitious, driven sales professionals.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Associate to play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our Business Development team.

You’ll be responsible for working an existing pipeline while proactively sourcing new opportunities through outbound calls, email, and social outreach. This is a high-energy, target-driven role suited to someone confident on the phone and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects, representing Harmoney Consulting and clearly communicating the value of a complex HMRC R&D tax relief scheme in a concise, engaging way.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
