Director/Head of Sales Development | London - Hybrid
We're partnering with a fast-growing international technology business that supports leading brands worldwide. As part of their continued growth, they're looking to hire a Director/Head of Sales Development to lead and scale their outbound sales function across EMEA, North America and APAC.
This is a senior leadership role focused on driving outbound pipeline generation, developing high-performing SDR/BDR teams, and implementing world-class sales development processes, tools, and enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of SDRs/BDRs and frontline managers across multiple regions.
- Own outbound pipeline generation performance, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality opportunities to Sales.
- Build and execute sales development strategies that improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and modern sales technologies to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align go-to-market initiatives and pipeline objectives.
- Establish best practices across onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial impact.

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading and scaling SDR/BDR/Sales Development teams, including management of team leaders/managers.
- Strong track record of building predictable outbound pipeline and exceeding performance targets.
- Experience managing international teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Deep understanding of outbound sales methodologies, prospecting strategies, and sales development metrics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, automation technologies, and AI-driven sales solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
