Sales Development Executive (Telesales) | Derby

An established business within the fire and security sector is looking for a Sales Development Executive to join its team in Derby.
You'll make outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers, identify and qualify sales opportunities, follow up warm enquiries, and book appointments for the field sales team.

Essential Skills From The Sales Development Executive
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, or outbound cold-calling experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Experience using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office
