PrimeGrowth are partnering with a Publications Business in Norwich to find Sales Development Executives!

Here's the key parts for you:

  • Salary: £27,000
  • Location: Norwich Office.
  • Hours: 11:45-20:30 Monday-Thursday. Friday 09:45-18:00 (You're prospecting into Customers in North America, this is the reason for the Shift Pattern).
  • Bonus: Uncapped, realistic earning potential £50,000 per year. Although, top performers have made £100,000. Reason for this is the Size of the Market & Average Deal Sizes.
  • Other perks: Points system which can be used to redeem new Games Consoles for example, one of PrimeGrowth's placements got a brand new PS5 :)

Trading for over a decade, they create Digital Publications & Products across a range of Industries and Regions, for example Mining & Food and Drink.

This Role is for their North America Team, the top performing Team; generating the Highest Revenue- so they have high standards!

Provided you work hard and listen, support will be provided with great training to solidify your success.

What is it you will be doing?

  • Researching companies based on Criteria such as turnover, staff count and other info.
  • Using various tools to help with outreach, Salesforce and Zoominfo for example. AI solutions will be used to bolster your efforts too.
  • Cold outreach to generate interest, e.g. cold calls, Linkedin messages and Emails.

What does the client want?

  • Financial motivation with hunger and drive to be successful.
  • Being able to grow and take feedback well.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional manner.
  • Grit and resilience, Cold Prospecting and Sales isn’t easy! You will face lot’s of rejection.
  • Key attention to detail, you're speaking to C-Suite of Multi Million Dollar Orgs, they expect sharp concise communication.

Interview Process

  1. Step 1: Face to Face Interview with the Training and Development Director & The Regional Director, for the North America Team.
  2. Step 2: Email task, meet a team member listen to calls get more understanding of day to day activity, then a Final Conversation with the Business Owner.
