About the Company
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Executive to support the growth of our Care Sector agency client base by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing relationships with external Staffing Agencies, creating a strong and consistent pipeline for our Business Development and Account Management teams.
As a startup, we look for individuals with a strong work ethic, a real desire to win, and resilience in the face of challenge. Sales Development Executives should be career driven, motivated by targets, and eager to progress into senior sales roles. You will be proactive, confident on the phone, and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects. This role is essential to the growth of the business. You will play a key part in building awareness of Agency Accelerator within the market, opening doors, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of new agencies and clients into the sales pipeline. We love people who go the extra mile, are curious, want to learn, and genuinely want to be part of a winning team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
