Role: Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Executive to join our high-performing Network Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about winning new business within the SME market. In this role, you will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting your own sales pipeline, engaging with prospective clients via phone and video, and delivering against ambitious volume and revenue targets. You will focus on SME opportunities managing up to 75,000 shipments per year, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and long-term client success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and manage a high-quality prospect pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Proactively generate new business leads within your assigned territory
  • Deliver against all KPIs and productivity targets
  • Accurately record all sales activity using the EVRi CRM system
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and go-live
  • Ensure new clients are successfully onboarded in line with agreed timelines
  • Equip new customers with the tools, processes, and knowledge required to self-serve effectively

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 2 years of exceeding targets in a Telesales role
  • An excellent understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and IT literature with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organised, proactive, energetic, hungry to succeed
  • Creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Able to forge relationships with the internal stakeholders
  • Customer focused and has excellent communication skills
  • Able to constructively challenge a diverse range of stakeholders
