All Pump Solutions LLP is looking for a confident and commercially minded Sales Development Executive to turn promising leads into well-developed opportunities and help our team convert more of them into orders.
What you will do
- Research projects, organisations and potential customers.
- Identify and contact decision-makers, contractors and consulting engineers.
- Qualify leads and gather useful project intelligence.
- Build relationships through proactive telephone and email contact.
- Follow up quotations, agree next steps and maintain momentum.
- Work with senior sales and technical colleagues to progress and close opportunities.
- Keep Pipedrive accurate and ensure every live deal has a clear next action.

What we are looking for
- Experience in sales development, business development, account management, recruitment or project-based sales.
- Confidence initiating telephone conversations, including where no relationship exists.
- Strong research, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial curiosity and the confidence to ask direct, professional questions.
- Persistence, resilience and excellent organisation.
- A disciplined approach to follow-up and CRM management.
Useful, but not essential
- Experience in engineering, construction, utilities, water, wastewater or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of project-based sales, tendering or construction procurement.
- Experience selling to contractors, consultants or developers.
- Experience using Pipedrive or a similar CRM.
