Sales Development Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a sales development team within a growing SaaS business. This role is suited to someone who enjoys coaching and developing others, has a strong track record in outbound sales, and can take ownership of team performance and pipeline generation.
If you’ve built your career in sales development, have experience managing SDRs, and enjoy combining team leadership with a hands-on approach to outbound, this role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to have a real impact within a growing sales organisation.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team
- Owning team pipeline targets and supporting wider sales goals
- Supporting the team with outbound prospecting and day-to-day sales activity
- Running regular 1:1s, call reviews, and coaching sessions
- Developing and improving outbound messaging, sequences, and sales processes
- Working closely with the wider sales team to improve qualification, handover, and pipeline performance
What we’re looking for
- Experience as an SDR / BDR within a SaaS environment
- A track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
- 2+ years experience leading or managing
- Strong coaching skills across calls, messaging, and objection handling
- Comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement tools
- A data-driven approach to activity, conversion, and pipeline performance
