Can you build relationships, deliver actions in store & influence your store contacts? Do you want to earn an OTE of £35,200? If so, then we want to hear from you!

This is a 9-month Fixed Term Contract, starting in early September

Location: North & Central Manchester

M8, Cheetham Hill/ M9, Blackley, Harpurhey/ M40, Newton Heath, Moston/ M4, Ancoats, Miles Platting/

M1, M2, M3, City Centre.

Representing the brand Nion, we have the following opportunity to become a category expert in the tobacco-free oral nicotine and alternative nicotine delivery category; to work with store staff to deliver exceptional instore sales execution, ensuring product availability & increase the Nion portfolio within stores. Using proven sales techniques, enthusiasm for the brand & products, and create instore advocates to drive sales.

As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be the face of a market leader known for high‑quality products and innovative technology.

What You’ll Do:

  • Bring the products to life in store through exceptional sales development and merchandising within independent retail
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and staff
  • Increase product availability, visibility and recommendation
  • Deliver brand training
  • Identify opportunities, solve problems on the spot and drive results every day
