Sales Development Manager UK (f/m/d)

Your responsibility In this varied and high-responsibility role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our market in the UK, as well as for representing BEMER as an innovative company in the fields of medical technology and longevity. You will report directly to the CEO and assume both strategic and operational responsibility for establishing and expanding sustainable sales structures, as well as for achieving the defined corporate objectives. Working in collaboration with BEMER, you will actively drive the further development of the UK markets and, with entrepreneurial drive, establish new sales partner and management structures. In doing so, you will identify market potential, develop sales promotion strategies and implement targeted measures to attract new customers and tap into new markets. Together with our training and marketing teams, you will ensure that sales partners receive professional support, that markets are activated and that sustainable growth is enabled. You will support our sales partners on the ground in a collaborative and practical manner, deliver presentations and training sessions, and actively promote the development of successful networks.

Your profile

  • Several years’ experience in direct sales, network marketing or within a channel/partner environment
  • A proven track record of success in establishing and developing markets and sales partner structures
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of personal responsibility and a strong hands-on approach
  • Experience in actively building structures, recruiting and developing leadership structures
  • The ability to inspire others, as well as strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, develop and support people over the long term
  • Native-level English; good knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK target markets and to liaise regularly with the head office in Liechtenstein
