Role Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for converting outbound interest into qualified sales meetings for B2B clients across Sweden and the US. This Mid-level, Remote, Part-time role (commencing with a one-month, 20h/week trial) focuses on managing high-volume prospect engagement and campaign execution. Success is measured by the volume of qualified meetings booked and the ability to maintain a high-quality lead pipeline.
Work Setup & Collaboration
- Fully Remote: High degree of autonomy required to manage tasks across different time zones.
- Agile Collaboration: Direct communication within a small, fast-paced team of 1–10 people.
- Execution Focus: High daily volume of written communication requiring speed and structure.
- Process-Driven: Strict adherence to client-specific qualification criteria and reporting schedules.
What You'll Do
- Manage Inboxes: Monitor and respond to prospect inquiries across multiple client accounts in real-time.
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate prospect fit based on specific client requirements to ensure high-quality meetings.
- Book Meetings: Handle objections and navigate scheduling to secure appointments for client sales teams.
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize cold email sequences within Instantly.ai.
- Write Personalized Copy: Draft natural, conversational responses that avoid standard "salesy" templates.
- Follow-up: Execute rigorous follow-up sequences to re-engage passive prospects.
- Report Results: Compile and deliver clear campaign performance updates to customers.
- Own the Workflow: Independently manage daily priorities to ensure no lead is left unaddressed.

Success Indicators
- Meeting Volume: Achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings booked per client.
- Response Time: Maintain a rapid SLA for initial prospect responses and follow-ups.
- Conversion Rate: Maintain a high lead-to-meeting ratio through effective objection handling.
- Reporting Accuracy: Deliver 100% accurate weekly performance data to the internal team and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Fluency: Professional-level written and verbal proficiency in both Swedish and English.
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in SDR, cold calling, or meeting booking roles.
- Technical Tooling: Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Instantly.ai or similar cold email platforms.
- Writing Excellence: Ability to write persuasive, personal, and natural prose without relying on scripts.
- Structured Execution: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inboxes without losing track of details.
- Resilience: A positive attitude toward handling objections and "no" responses.
- Async Communication: Clear, concise written communication for effective remote collaboration.

Nice to Have
- Experience working in a professional services or agency environment.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) identification.
- Basic knowledge of CRM management and lead tracking.
- Interest in learning the full technical "stack" of cold email deliverability.
