Role Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving the top-of-funnel pipeline by engaging business owners and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team. This role exists to bridge the gap between lead identification and qualified opportunities within a growing SaaS Professional Services environment. Success is measured by the volume of personalized outreach and the consistency of booked appointments on the sales calendar.
This is a Remote, Part-Time position (4–5 hours per day) at a Mid-Level individual contributor capacity, offering a flexible schedule with specific core overlap requirements.
Work Setup & Collaboration
- Flexible Remote Schedule: Work 4–5 hours daily with a required 2-hour overlap with UK or US morning windows for real-time coordination.
- High Autonomy: Execute a structured daily routine independently using provided templates, target lists, and workflows.
- Async Communication: Primary coordination and activity tracking occur within ClickUp and internal messaging channels.
- Direct Support: Receive weekly 1:1 coaching and feedback from experienced sales leadership to refine messaging and conversion rates.
What You'll Do
- Personalized Outreach: Send 40–50 tailored messages daily to business owners via LinkedIn and email using proven scripts.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify 15–20 new leads per day using provided internal tools and databases.
- Appointment Setting: Secure 1–2 discovery calls per week by managing calendar links and coordinating with prospects.
- Data Management: Maintain precise records of all outreach activities and prospect statuses within ClickUp.
- Message Optimization: Adapt provided templates to ensure a human, personalized touch that drives high reply rates.
- Pipeline Reporting: Communicate daily progress and blockers to the team to ensure lead quality remains high.
- Process Adherence: Follow a 30-minute daily routine breakdown to maximize efficiency and outreach volume.
- Cross-functional Feedback: Share prospect insights with the sales team to help improve targeting and messaging strategies.

Success Indicators
- Meeting Volume: Consistently book 1–2 qualified discovery calls per week.
- Activity Consistency: Maintain a daily output of 40–50 personalized messages.
- Lead Accuracy: Identify 15–20 leads daily that strictly meet the provided ideal customer profile.
- CRM Integrity: Ensure 100% of outreach data is logged accurately in ClickUp by the end of each shift.
Required Qualifications
- Written Communication: Exceptional written English with the ability to convey professionalism and clarity.
- Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated laptop/workstation for remote operations.
- Professional Discipline: Proven ability to manage a remote, flexible schedule without constant supervision.
- Resilience: Comfortable performing high-volume outreach and handling prospect rejection with a positive mindset.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow specific scripts and data-entry processes without errors.
- Professional Maturity: Ability to engage with business owners and executives in a confident, respectful manner.

Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a SaaS or Professional Services environment.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management/CRM platforms.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead prospecting tools.
- Prior experience in a remote-first role utilizing asynchronous communication.
