About Tightly
Retail runs on the buy. Get it right and product sells at full price. Get it wrong and cash sits in stock that won't move. Most retailers and brands still make that call in spreadsheets, weeks late, with a forecast that never quite agrees with the financial plan.
Tightly (tightly.io) is the operating system for modern retail: an AI merchandise planning platform for retailers and brands. Our machine learning forecasts demand at SKU and channel level, then reconciles it with the top-down plan, so the buy lands closer to real demand. Season and line planning, merchandise financial planning, open-to-buy, allocation and replenishment, pricing and markdowns all run in one system, with AI agents taking on the work that used to live in a planner's spreadsheet.
Our customers include Unilever, Marks & Spencer, Speedo, Kipling and Brompton, across apparel, footwear, beauty, luxury, sporting goods and home. On average they cut working capital tied up in stock by 22%, lift inventory turns by 1.5x and sustain a 98% in-stock service level. We connect to the systems retailers already run, from Shopify to SAP, across ERP, e-commerce, POS, WMS and EDI.
The right buy, right now. Join us to help the world's best retailers decide what to buy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Sell
We don't pitch features. We run discovery. We map how a retailer plans today: where the forecast comes from, how the buy gets reconciled with the financial plan, how open-to-buy is managed, and where stock gets stuck. Then we show the workflow that improves full-price sell-through, inventory turns and working capital. Relationship-driven. Data-led. Built for the long haul.
