Sales Development Representative

Manchester (hybrid)

Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS business at a genuinely exciting stage of its journey.
We're partnering with an established SaaS company that's scaling quickly and winning serious enterprise clients. They have a differentiated product, strong momentum, and a leadership team building out their commercial function for the next phase of growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious enterprise SDR to come in and play a central role, working closely with the leadership team, driving new business pipeline, and helping build a sales engine that's only going to get bigger from here. The trajectory of the business, and your career within it, is exciting.

What you'll do

  • Run a confident, phone-led outbound motion, backed by personalised email, LinkedIn and video, into senior decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Pick up the phone and think on your feet, holding credible conversations with senior buyers and reacting quickly in the moment.
  • Research target accounts and write personalised, credible outreach, with no generic mass templates.
  • Build and refine ICPs and target lists using a best-in-class stack (Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Sales Navigator) and AI tooling.
  • Book qualified meetings, progress real opportunities, and feed market insight back to the team.
  • Help shape the playbook as the commercial function scales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
